Hussmann freezers wont stop ice-ing up... help!

Hi, hope this is the right sub to post this on!I work for Kroger as a frozen manager, and I know the model of my upright aisle freezers are Hussmann. I know nothing about the specifics... assuming they are old as fuck. I have a constant issue where the freezers are ice-ing up, causing fans to blow out and zero air flow to run out the top grates. Last year, the coil (?) died and we had it replaced... ever since the case has iced up constantly. Coils, pipes, fans and behind the grates ice up. I thawed out the entire 16? door section before Thanksgiving... thawed out a 4 door case today and the ice was so thick, you can drive a truck on it for ice fishing. And 2 fans blew out so i have 2 fans running on a 4 fan case now. ​ Kroger maintenances soution is to either slap a band-aid on it or lower the temperature of the freezer and hope that fixes it. Im not sure about my defrost cycle, but I know it defrosts twice a day. My question is... why does this keep happening?? We dont do a ton in sales, so I dont think customers opening/closing the doors is an issue. I try to keep the doors open as little as possible when im stocking. I was told they replaced broken gaskets and door seals a while ago; I did see them do this over a few days. A few door seals do not fit the door; 3 that I know of do not properly seal (the excuse is they dont have to correct ones and were told to use what they have. Pathetic). Whats up with this case? Why would a 16 door case ice up constantly with no available fix?? If anyone has any advice, thank you for replying!!! I am but a lowly female frozen manager... im not a repair tech. ​ If the pictures attached, that is the inside of my standup freezer if anyone can guess the model number.
