7Up Beverage Cooler running but not cooling

I bought this second hand a few years ago. It no longer cools but it does turn on and run. What are the easiest troubleshooting tests I can run to figure out where the issue is? Hoping to save a few dollars and get my hands dirty fixing it. Is it worth it to replace a condenser or compressor if needed?
