Ive got a client that owns a restaurant and he just cannot find a reliable refrigeration tech. He said he wants me too work on his equipment. I do have experience in this field and I’m comfortable with the work. Ive never really billed for something like this though. He’s got about 9 type 1 under counter / wine / low boy coolers , Two walk ins , and two Ive machines. I’m building a maintenance contract now. I’m curious what the typical going rate for each unit would be. Woukd you do a quarterly or annual maintenance, lmk what information you guys have. Thanks.
